As the core direct component of the equipment for capturing water vapor, the material and process of the cold trap coil directly determine the water capture efficiency and service life. Abandoning ordinary copper tubes, Xieyi Technology selects Shanghai Flywheel cold-extruded copper tubes, which have the characteristics of uniform wall thickness, high density and excellent low temperature resistance, and can maintain structural stability in an ultra-low temperature environment of -135℃ without cracking and leakage risks. In terms of welding process, American Harris 56% silver brazing rods are used for welding. Compared with ordinary brazing, silver brazing has higher weld strength and better tightness, effectively avoiding refrigerant leakage at low temperatures and air leakage in the vacuum chamber, and ensuring the high-efficiency water capture performance of the cold trap. At the same time, the cold trap coil supports customized design, and can be made into any specification according to the shape and size of the customer's vacuum cavity to maximize the fit with the internal space of the cavity and improve the water vapor capture efficiency.

The cold and heat bridge is a key isolation vacuum and heat insulation device for low-temperature pipelines to enter the vacuum chamber, and its design and processing directly affect cold loss and vacuum tightness. The cold and heat bridge of the E-WVCP2600 is available in two standard specifications of 1 inch and 2 inches. The opening diameter of the 1-inch cavity needs to be 27mm and that of the 2-inch cavity is 52mm. It also supports customization according to the opening diameter designed by the customer to perfectly adapt to different vacuum equipment. The pipeline connection adopts internationally renowned Parker CPI or Swagelok VCR connectors, which have the characteristics of high connection accuracy, good sealing performance and low temperature resistance, can effectively reduce cold loss, and ensure the air tightness of the vacuum chamber to avoid external air from entering and affecting the vacuum degree.

As the connection link between the cold trap and the capture pump, the refrigeration connecting pipe undertakes the important role of refrigerant transportation and cold transfer. The standard refrigeration connecting pipe of the E-WVCP2600 has a length of 2.44 meters and an insulation pipe outer diameter of 92mm. The outer layer is specially covered with a nylon protective braided layer to effectively prevent damage to the insulation pipe during transportation, installation and use and reduce cold loss. Both ends of the connecting pipe also adopt CPI or VCR connectors to achieve seamless connection with the cold trap and capture pump, ensuring the smoothness and tightness of the refrigerant cycle. In addition, the connecting pipe can be optionally equipped with a T-type thermocouple sensor to monitor the inlet and outlet temperature of the cold trap in real time, providing accurate data support for the adjustment and optimization of equipment operation status.
