On May 31, 2026, Guangzhou Xieyi held a new product launch and technical exchange meeting in Fuzhou, themed "Energy Efficiency Innovation, Energy Saving Strategies." The meeting highlighted the launch of the third-generation E-WVCP series energy-saving water vapor capture pump, aiming to provide key energy-saving technology solutions for Fuzhou, the "Capital of Optoelectronic Components," which is building a trillion-yuan-level optoelectronic industry cluster.

Faced with the higher requirements for vacuum coating processes brought about by the upgrading of the optoelectronic industry, Xieyi's newly launched deep-cryogenic machine directly addresses the industry's energy consumption pain point. Through three core technologies—on-demand speed regulation, intelligent shutdown, and customized compressors—the product achieves precise matching of cooling capacity and coating time, significantly reducing ineffective energy consumption. On-site test data shows that this equipment saves 25% to 80% more energy than similar products, with each unit saving an average of 80 to 180 kWh per day. In addition, its unique anti-oil-clogging patented technology solves a long-standing industry problem.


In addition to significant energy savings, this equipment can reduce vacuuming time in vacuum coating by 50% and eliminates the need for a chiller, further helping customers reduce investment and operating costs.
